TOPOGRAPHY, contains three seminal pieces
of abstract video synthesis created by Carol Goss from 1974-1976. The
pieces "Topography", "Rings/Lovers" and "Phenix" premiered at the Everson
Museum of Art in 1977 in the
"New Work in Abstract Video Imagery" exhibition.
A still image from "Topography" was featured on the
exhibition announcement.

Produced for the Everson Museum of Art by Richard Simmons with assistance
from the New York State Council on the Arts. The exhibition traveled
to: North Carolina Museum of the Arts; Tweed Museum,
University of Minnesota; Flint Institute of Art, Flint, Michigan;
and the Memphis State University Museum.
